Social Programme

In addition to the scientific sessions, ZoologyCon 2026 will include a series of social and cultural events designed to facilitate interaction and showcase Bucharest.

Wednesday – Exhibition opening
An exhibition of natural history illustration will be opened as part of the congress programme.

Friday – Conference dinner and poster awards
The conference dinner will take place on Friday evening and will include the announcement of the poster competition awards.

Saturday – Cultural programme
An optional cultural visit will be organized on Saturday, 7 November, for participants who wish to extend their stay in Bucharest. Further details will be announced soon.
