Abstract submission

Abstract submission is now open!

Authors are invited to submit abstracts for oral or poster presentations.
Abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee.
Submission is free of charge.

Types of contributions
Contributions can be submitted as:
– Oral presentations
– Poster presentations
The Scientific Committee reserves the right to assign the final presentation format.
A poster competition will be organized, and awards will be presented for selected contributions.

Abstract guidelines
Abstracts should be written in English and should not exceed 300 words.
Tables, figures, and references should not be included in the abstract. Any such elements will be removed during editing.
Scientific names of species should be written in italics.
Authors are expected to prepare their abstracts using the provided template.
Minor editorial adjustments (formatting, language, and style) may be made to ensure consistency in the Book of Abstracts.

The submission includes both information entered in the form and an uploaded abstract file.

Information to be entered in the submission form:
– Title of the abstract
– Authors and affiliations
– Corresponding author (name and email)
– Preferred presentation type (oral/poster)
– Thematic area

Abstract file (mandatory):
The abstract must be submitted as a file (doc or docx), prepared using the template provided below.
Please name the file using the format: LASTNAME_FIRSTNAME.docx (e.g., SMITH_JOHN.docx).
If submitting multiple abstracts, please add a number (e.g., SMITH_JOHN_1.docx, SMITH_JOHN_2.docx).

Important information
Submission of an abstract does not constitute registration.
Registration and confirmation of participation are required after abstract acceptance.
At least one author must register and confirm participation for each accepted contribution.
Only confirmed contributions will be included in the final programme.
